Hatha yoga can quiet the mind. Through intentional focus on our breath we can calm the chatter and be at peace. Using breath in our postures and surrendering to whatever our poses look like in the moment, No striving for 'the perfect' pose simply accepting where we are at and allowing for things to unfold.
